I was very lucky to acquire the services of Rainbow Drains recently for repairs and renovations to my washroom. Communication before the actual work took place was very good so that I was fully aware of what needed to be done, length of time required and the costs involved. Thomas and his crew were very friendly but more importantly, professional throughout the three days it took to complete the task. Even when difficulties arose with the logistics of an old house (is anything ever level?) Thomas and his team worked tirelessly to find solutions and indeed, found many! I enjoyed their sense of humour, their warm personalities but more importantly, their professional work ethic. I'm so pleased with the overall results! I will definitely work with them again on my next washroom project!
